Today we run an advanced off-site manufacturing line where every pod is engineered under the same stringent quality controls you would expect from the automotive industry, ensuring millimetre accuracy and a flawless finish before the unit ever leaves the factory.

We procure timber only from responsibly managed forests and specify insulation and linings with high recycled or rapidly renewable content wherever performance allows. Detailed material passports accompany each pod so clients know exactly what has gone into their building and how the components can be reused or recycled at end-of-life.

Because our production process happens indoors, we generate dramatically less site waste and require fewer deliveries than a conventional build. Any off-cuts that cannot be repurposed in-house are separated and sent to specialist recyclers, helping us move steadily toward a zero-to-landfill goal.
