The pod is built from the same insulated panel system used across the SmartPod range, delivering excellent U-values and rapid on-site assembly. Externally, specify timber cladding for a natural look or low-maintenance composite boards in modern tones. All electrics, plumbing and heating are installed in the factory and tested before delivery, so commissioning is simply connecting to prepared points. The extra headroom allows a mezzanine sleep deck or clerestory windows that frame sunrise views. Below, an open-plan lounge flows into a fully equipped kitchen and deluxe shower room, all finished with high-spec fixtures.
